Gravel barge strikes Mission train bridge piling
A fully loaded gravel barge slammed into one of the pilings of the train bridge which spans the Fraser River between Mission and Abbotsford. The incident happened Tuesday afternoon and currently pumps are being used to eject water from the listing barge, and tugboats are circling the area.

Loaded Language $65.33 In rhetoric, loaded language is wording that attempts to influence the listener or reader by appealing to emotion. Loaded words and phrases are those which have weak emotional overtones or connotations, and which evoke strongly positive or negative reactions beyond their literal meaning.
