How do I build a wild lizard habitat?

I have this old deck in my back yard and there are some lizards that are living underneath it. I want to take out the deck, but I don’t want the lizards to just go away because there is nowhere to live. How can I make some sort of habitat that they can live in? The lizards are a few blue bellies and one that looks like a bearded dragon that might have been someone’s pet that has escaped.

That is very thoughtful
You can randomly stack some wood in a pile (somewhere out of the way). Or you can get a few large rocks and stack them, which would look nice. They are always on the move, basking and eating. They just need somewhere to rest, and hide from predators. So even planting a few bushes will give them a place to go. Good luck!
